I'm slowly stepping into something new...the wellness industry. An industry that I don't know much about aside from my own personal experiences but an industry that I want to do more work in specifically for entrepreneurs.
While I wish I could sit here and say that the transition has been seamless, my mind has said otherwise. Over the past few weeks as I've prepared to share this newsletter more publicly, I've caught myself saying out loud, "Girl, you have no clue what you're doing." and "You're really not qualified to talk about this."
And you know what has happened every single time I've said those things to myself? I started to believe it. And that belief almost made me let go of this entire vision that I was given for Intentionally Made.
Your words are powerful. I know many of us are taught not to talk negative about other people, but that same rule should apply to how we speak to ourselves. One small negative thought can lead to one small belief which will then result in lack of action. And you don't deserve that.
So as we continue through this week, what positive things can you begin to speak over yourself? Instead of saying "I'm not good at this." how about you say, "I'm equipped to figure it out." One positive thought can lead to one positive action.
Thank you for pausing with me.
