Happy Sunday, friend, and welcome to June!
Now that we’re (almost) in the Summer months, this is typically the time of year when many of us find ourselves moving at 100 mph daily. School is officially out, Summer vacations are happening, everyone is having brunch on the patio, and there is a new concert or festival happening every weekend. Believe it or not, summertime is actually when a lot of us will experience burnout. In addition to wanting to be outside enjoying the warm weather, we also have business goals to meet.
May and June in my family are always marathon months, so I’ve had to be more intentional than ever about assessing my capacity, saying no, and making sure that I’m at minimum getting in my Me Hour every day. So this week Sunday Reset is dedicated to preparing for this new month and slowing down a bit.
