When was the last time you sat still long enough to dream? I’m talking about no distractions, just you and a notebook, writing out your dreams and desires.
I recently listened to Jess Connolly’s podcast episode about how to dream when you feel broken. This year has been rough for me, personally and professionally, making even the simple act of dreaming so incredibly hard.
Typically around this time of year, I sit down to brain-dump my dream on paper and compare it to what I have or haven’t accomplished so far. This practice not only shows me if I’m on the right track but also helps me to gain clarity around whether or not my dream has shifted over the past 5 months. Not to mention how motivating it is for me to just sit with all of the possibilities!
