Last week, the word “hope” kept popping up. From podcast episodes to songs, to what I was watching on TV, it felt like a sign to focus on what can be expected instead of what I currently see. What is hope?
Hope is a feeling of expectation and desire for something to happen.
Hope serves as our internal motivator. When life gets hard, hope reminds us that whatever situation we are facing will get better. Hope gives you something to look forward to, cultivates a positive mindset, and helps you to cope with whatever lemons life is currently throwing at you.
