Happy Sunday from North Carolina, where we’re experiencing our second faux Fall. 🍁 (Those random weeks where the weather is below 80 degrees but shoots back up to 100 out of nowhere.)
I’ve been solo parenting all weekend while the husband is off working at NYFW. Which means I’ve spent most of the weekend cleaning up crumbs, watching Bluey for the 1000th time, and losing count of the number of times that I’ve yelled “No.”
But despite my desperate need for a quiet nap (which I plan to take on Monday), here’s what I’m looking forward to this upcoming week.
TAKING PRODUCT PHOTOS
I have been sitting on the new Doing Today Well journals for MONTHS and have yet to put them on sale for preorders. To be honest with you, I got hit by a really bad case of fear and imposter syndrome. I kept making up excuses as to why it wasn’t the right time to put them on sale, but now I know that was just my mind trying to stop me from doing something new. I’m in a better headspace now and can’t wait to see these journals in your hands!
MY FIRST PSYCHIATRY APPOINTMENT
Over the past few years, I have been working with my therapist and primary care doctor to get my anxiety and PMDD under control. I feel a lot better than I did even a year ago, but something still feels off. I know it’s probably weird to look forward to talking to a psychiatrist but I’m more focused on getting a deeper understanding as to why my mind works the way it does.
I’d love to hear about what you’re looking forward to this month! Let me know in the comments!
Let’s get into the resources for today!
