This is so spot on, I feel like the mindset switch from 'more more more' to 'enough' is huge and applies to everything from how we're treating the ourselves to how we're treating the planet. It's not about 'scarcity' or 'playing small', it's about living in harmony with our own souls and I don't believe our souls really need all this stuff, certainly not a the expense of our wellbeing.
