This week on the podcast I chat with business coach and event planner, Lauren Caselli. Lauren owns a strategic event planning and marketing firm that provides digital entrepreneurs, mid-sized tech companies, and venture capital firms with streamlined, done-for-you solutions for their most important gatherings, product launches, and in-person, client-facing experiences. Lauren also is the founder of the 8-time sold out Boss Lady Bash, a community event for female small business owners, that incidentally didn't make her any money off of ticket sales, but got her tons of new clients, which just goes to show you that even experts struggle with profitable events sometimes.
In this episode Lauren and I chat about how her journey led her to curating events, her decision to also help entrepreneurs create profitable events through her courses, she shares how she is managing her business and money during the current pandemic and her advice for anyone who may be thinking about curating their own events.
